When the trial ends, nothing is charged: you simply continue free on the Starter plan, or choose Standard or Growth to keep the paid features.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll have immediate access to new features. If you downgrade, you'll retain access to your current plan's features until the end of your billing cycle. To change your plan, go to Admin > Billing and select 'Change Plan'.

If you cancel a paid plan, you'll retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan. All your core data (members, groups, families) will be preserved, but features exclusive to paid plans will no longer be accessible.
