Connect the AI assistant you already use to Churchease, then ask in plain language who joined this month or how attendance has looked. It can only read, and you choose what it sees.
You already know the questions. Who is new and needs a welcome? Whose birthday is coming up? Is attendance holding steady? With AI Assistants, your staff ask Claude or ChatGPT in their own words, and the assistant looks up the answer in Churchease. It sits alongside Shepherd's Briefing and AI Giving Narrative as one more way Churchease helps you notice your people and care for them.
You do not need to know where a report lives or which filter to choose. Type your question in plain language and the assistant finds the answer in your church's records. It is a quicker way to get to the part of the week that matters, which is the people.
There are five areas an assistant can read: People, Groups, Events, Attendance, and Giving totals. Each staff member picks which of those to share when they connect, and nobody can share more than their own staff role already allows. Churchease checks that access again on every single question.
An assistant can look things up. It cannot change, send, or delete anything in Churchease. Giving is shared as totals only, by fund, by month, or by payment method, and never by individual donor, whatever is asked.
Nothing happens out of sight. Churchease lists every question an assistant asks: what it looked at, when, and whether it was answered or refused. The list is kept for a year, and it records the filters that were used, never the answers themselves.

No. It is read only. It cannot change, send, or delete anything in Churchease, so the worst a badly worded question can do is give you an answer you did not need.
No. Giving is shared as totals only, by fund, month, or payment method. It never shows individual donors, whatever is asked, and it never sees prayer requests, testimonies, notes, or form responses.
